Please arrive 10 – 15 minutes prior to all appointments, to allow time to complete a consultation form, enjoy some herbal tea and pause a moment before for your treatment. Towels, robes, slippers and disposable underwear are supplied for your convenience. Please inform your therapist of any health conditions so that they can advise accordingly as to treatments that may be contrary to that condition.

As our treatments require preparation, we require a 24-hour notice of cancellation. In the event of late arrivals, treatment duration will be adjusted; accordingly, we will do our best to ensure the quality of your treatment is not compromised.
